The Key Indicators for the Advancement of Women are a series of data points that track the progress of women faculty and women staff in administrative or academic leadership at IU Indianapolis. Data is also included on the enrollment and graduation of women students. The Indicators were first developed and used on campus in 1994 by the Task Force on the Status of Women. The Office for Women requested updates from Information Management and Institutional Research (IMIR) in 1999 and subsequently in 2005, 2007, 2010 and 2012.
